Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist will have a key role working closely with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our brands.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Play a major role in the company’s Hubspot workflow automation, communication, lead generation, and content strategy implementation
  • Execute on “behind-the-scenes” tasks including building Hubspot newsletters, templates, sequences, emails, workflows, website blog articles, etc.
  • Develop and execute LinkedIn and digital marketing campaigns (including graphic design, ads, SEO, webinars)
  • Manage company website updates (research reports, team page, transaction tombstones, lead generation, HubSpot tools implementation, website blog)
  • Proactively develop, implement, and monitor new and existing processes that improve cross-functional alignment, effectiveness, and decision-making

 

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Arts degree preferred in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Mass Communication, or a similar discipline
  • 3+ years of work experience in copywriting, proofreading, and editing with sharp attention to detail, ensuring qualifications
  • 3+ years of work experience in proofreading, and editing with sharp attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and standardization across all content
  • Expert knowledge of HubSpot, WordPress, and LinkedIn
  • Collaborate on the collection, analyzing, and reporting of content performance data (KPIs) and analytics; identify trends and make optimization recommendations
  • Identify solutions to and execute on complex, detailed requests from internal stakeholders
  • Experience in lead generation, digital marketing, content design, and web development
  • Combine content and design elements within our email marketing tool (HubSpot) to create complete emails and distribute to pre-configured lists
  • Ability to write clear, concise copy following a copywriting style guide
  • Effective listening, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
  • Self-starter, problem solver, resourceful, works with a sense of urgency
  • Solid proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong project management and organization skills, ability to navigate multiple types of content with varying levels of priority across the internal creation/design/review/approval/translation workflow
  • Experience writing to an IT audience is preferred but not required
  • Experience creating emails within an email marketing tool
