eCommerce Consultant (NetSuite SuiteCommerce)

The Application Consultant III – eCommerce will be responsible for delivering successful NetSuite SuiteCommerce projects and support services. Phases of the implementation process include requirements gathering, process analysis, system design, setup, configuration, general consulting, data/integration mapping and conversion, testing, training, and procedures documentation.  As part of the professional services team, you will become the product “expert” regarding eCommerce with an emphasis on the SuiteCommerce Advanced application. 

 

Key Responsibilities Include:  

  • Assists clients in the design and implementation of SuiteCommerce (SC) or SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA).
  • Evaluates client needs, define requirements and solutions that support key business processes. 
  • Defines and executes delivery and implementation plans.
  • Tests and troubleshoots final system setups. Provides training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.
  • Owns the successful delivery of the design and architecture of the system.
  • Perform initial gap definition and work with development to fully define and resolve gaps.
  • Guide and mentor less-experienced implementation specialists.
  • A specialist in complex technical and business matters.
  • Will work side by side with the Implementation and Managed Services teams.

  

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.  
  • Strong aptitude for client eCommerce department practices and needs.
  • Requires 2+ years of experience in eCommerce platforms such as SuiteCommerce (SC), SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA), Shopify, Magento, Big Commerce. Previous SC/SCA experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Experience in middleware integration software (eCommerce to NetSuite) such as Boomi, Celigo and FarApp may be beneficial.
  • Strong delegation and project management skills.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle a variety of different projects simultaneously, and capable of managing multiple deadlines. Ability to take direction and work independently.
  • Results-oriented with self-confidence, perseverance and a high sense of urgency.
  • Great attitude, goal-driven and team player.
  • Creative and resourceful, self-starter that thrives on working in a fast-paced environment.
